Why I Like It: This is a special one-time only tour commemorating the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare’s death. This tour has too many highlights to detail, such as parades, Shakespeare plays, and special anniversary events that will take place all around Stratford-upon-Avon (pictured here: Halls Croft). It also includes expert guides, admission fees, lodging, transfers, and meals. You can add this trip onto a guided tour or independent tour of England. I suggest flying in and out of London and including at least a three day stay in this lovely city. Tours International is well known for their first class specialty tours so this should be a great trip. They will help you put together a great trip package if you just let them know what you’d like to see and do. They’ll arrange everything but airfare. If you have some frequent flier miles then this trip could be quite affordable.
