1.  My TSA (lets you know the latest TSA regulations including if any of the gifts or other items you have packed in checked bags and/or carry on bags will be confiscated)

2. Gate Guru (posts airport maps and other vital information so you can find out what’s in your terminal area such as places to eat and shop, as well as gate information, security wait times, flight status, and more) or FlightAware Flight Tracker (lets you know the progress of a flight in case you’re waiting on your in-laws and flight delays or cancellations in case you’re waiting to take off)

3. Gas Buddy (tells you where the cheapest gas station in the area can be found)

4. Hotel Tonight (reveals best prices for nearby hotels)

5. TripIt Travel Organizer (keeps track of all your reservations)
