Why I Like It: This is a great way to get acquainted with Egypt. It is short but hits all the highlights. Price includes 3n hotel and taxes, 3n Nile cruise, transfers, English-speaking guide and air-conditioned bus, most meals, sightseeing and entrance fees. You’ll explore Cairo, Great Pyramids at Giza, Aswan, Kom Ombo, Edfu, and Luxor.
FYI: Who doesn’t have Egypt with its camel treks, Nile River, Sphinx, and Pyramids on their bucket list? One of the things I really like about this package is that you can add on all kinds of options, such as Sound & Light Show at the Sphinx ( a must!) and optional sightseeing cruise. This price doesn’t not include airfare or optional tours but it is so cheap that doesn’t matter! You can score reasonable air from JFK to Cairo and the price is cheap enough that you can splurge for optional tours.
