Where in the world: 6-day Dubai Adventure
Book by: March 29
Departure Dates: May – December 2016
Cost: $1,299pp
Why I Like It: I like the duration, the destination, the airline, and the price. Let’s talk first about the airline. The flight is aboard Emirates Airlines, which is one of the best airlines in the world. I love it! It is the only airline where economy feels like first class. Also, the flight attendants treat all passengers well, not just first class passengers. The price can’t be beat. This package is normally over $700 more per person so that’s a savings of close to $1,500 a couple. The duration is perfect as you can go on a weekend or holiday weekend and only use two or three vacation days! Lastly, let’s talk about what’s included and what there is to do. This package includes round-trip international airfare, four nights at the deluxe JW Marriott Marquis Hotel, lavish buffet breakfast daily (I’m talking you won’t be able to eat again until dinner time), airport transfers and porterage, and guided tour of Dubai, including the world’s tallest building, Burj Al Khalifa, (pictured here) and many other architectural marvels. There are loads of optional activities. In addition to great shopping (including Gold Market) and beautiful beaches, you can opt for a Dhow Dinner Cruise, day trips to Abu Dhabi and/or Sharjah City, camel ride, 4 x 4 adventure, and Desert Safari & Dinner. This price includes flights out of LAX, JFK. SFO, IAD, ORD, DFW, SEA, BOS, and MCO. Other gateways are available for slightly higher cost.
