Forget the beach. You can enjoy Christmas during the hottest month of the year.
Most of us are familar with the Christmas movie classic, A Christmas Story (starring Peter Billingsly and Darren McGavin). The movie was filmed in a house in Cleveland, Ohio.
That house is now a museum full of movie memorabilia. In addition to tours, folks can now spend in the night in this house.
The residence can accommodate up to six people comfortably. Overnight guests have unfettered access to the house from closing time (9 p.m.) until the next morning. Guests can sleep in Ralphie and Randy’s twin beds, a queen bed, or a queen sleeper sofa.
A one-night stay averages $495 for a group of six or less.
