Why I Like It: This trip packs a lot in for the price and is a great winter escape. It departs from sunny Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and stops in some of the best ports in the Caribbean, including Grand Turk (Turks & Caicos), San Juan (Puerto Rico), St. Maarten (Dutch Antilles), and Half Moon Bay (Bahamas). As if all these ports and this price wasn’t enough incentive, the ship is Holland America’s Eurodam. This is one of the cruise line’s new signature ships. It offers too many amenities to mention, such as private cabanas, deluxe spa, a Pan-Asian restaurant, and The Explorer Lounge. All meals, entertainment and travel insurance is included. Taxes and port fees not included.
